The MAC Partnership comprises three types of partners reflecting its three major constituencies: Manager Partners, Academic Partners, and Consulting Partners. Because the firm was created by Consulting Partners, we start this section with them. MAC Consulting Partners The MAC Partnership was founded by fifteen senior advisers located all over the world. These fifteen people have known each other for more than 20 years. Each of them is a thought leader in his own right. They came together to create a new type of service firm, focused entirely on thought leadership in the area of Customer-Inspired Innovation. These people constitute the inner circle of our consulting constituency, what we term our Consulting Partners. They are:
MAC Manager Partners The MAC Partnership's governance structure also includes a group of senior executives, who represent the inner circle of the Managers constituency. These people are what we call our Manager Partners. We are in the process of assembling both a North-American and a European Council of Managing Partners. MAC Academic Partners The MAC Partnership's governance structure also includes a group of leading academics who represent the views of professors in major global business schools. These are our Academic Partners. We are in the process of assembling our Academic Partners Council. MAC Associates A number of independent consultants, academics, and other interested parties have associated with the MAC Partnership, working with our partners in areas of mutual interest.
