The MAC Partnership organizes and runs a variety of next practice consortium programs tailored to specific areas of interest where Managers from participating companies come together to share their experience and learn from other like-minded executives in a non-competitive environment. Meeting several times a year on topics of mutual interest, the program participants work under the conceptual guidance of a leading expert in their fields. They gain access to next practice material through direct contact with their peers, or through video diaries and well crafted publications. The programs give ample opportunity for participants to learn from each other in an informal, interactive setting.

The Next Practices Series offers great value through the exchange of views inside the syndicate of corporations. Since companies participating are non-competing firms, the managers involved can freely exchange ideas, using the common language offered by our research and the conceptual frameworks we offer.

Enrollment in the Next Practices Series is done by annual subscription. The costs involved are very competitive when compared to chartering this type of research on a proprietary basis, as a result of sharing the cost among several participant companies.
