Helping Managers Institutionalize Their Intellectual Property |

You're a Manager in a corporation or an organization. You have created an approach that has proven highly successful. Your company is doing well and has achieved recognition for the innovativeness of its approach. Your organization has been praised for being customer-focused. You may even have been personally written up as a model in business circles or academic journals, perhaps even in the general press or on television. You may be on the speakers' circuit. You feel what you have created is a process that could be replicated on a larger scale. Yet, you do not know how to make this happen. Because of our unique focus on Customer-Inspired Innovation, we are primarily interested in Managers who are recognized as having innovated in their business or organization. We also seek Managers who view insights generated by customers or prospective customers as a key ingredient in their business success. We are extremely selective in identifying the managerial models we
support. The track record of the approach inside the Manager's existing
organization is the In addition to the Managers whom we proactively seek, Managers also submit unsolicited approaches or methodologies to us. We periodically organize Methodology Fairs where Managers are invited to come and discuss their approach with our Intellectual Property Committee. We charge a fee for the admission to these IP Fairs, both as a way of covering our cost, and to ensure that only serious approaches with high potential are brought to us.
